Special Note: I did not have bariatric surgery! This is all natural weight loss.

Well, I am very pleased about what my scale is reflecting regarding my weight loss. I have been walking at work a lot. I thought my scale was broken. But, the scale wasn’t! I just have been eating a lot and not exercising. I realized this in late July. In late July 2021, I started losing crazy weight, because I was on my feet almost every day walking my dog and walking at work.

This month, I celebrated three birthdays. I wanted to taste some cake. I had a few bites of cake for one birthday. But, that was all. My weight temporarily increased, because I had too much sodium for birthday celebration. I just need to know my body.

Keep going. You can do it. And, keep moving. Set small goals in order to achieve larger ones.
