Day 534: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had water for breakfast and lunch. For dinner, I had a tuna fish sandwich, barbecue chips, American cheese, cherry 7-Up, a large egg, fudge, and green grapes as well as red grapes. For snacks, I had tortilla chips and a cherry Crystal Light drink. I walked Boomer in the morning for 1 hour and 15 minutes. And, I walked Boomer at lunch for 20 minutes.
