Day 539: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had water. For dinner, I had chicken tenders with barbecue sauce, yellow squash, and Cherry 7-Up. I also had fruit punch Gatorade. I walked for 1 hour and 5 minutes with Boomer in the morning. And, I walked Boomer at lunch for 25 minutes.
