For breakfast, I had water. For lunch, I had Tostitos chips and a pear. For dinner, I had ham, sweet potatoes, collard greens, and yellow squash. For snacks, I had some fudge. I walked Boomer today for twenty minutes.
Today is the day before Labor Day. For lunch, I had a beef taco (soft), Gatorade, nachos, tortilla, Cherry 7-Up, and strawberry banana Crystal Light drink mixed with water. Today, I walked Boomer for an hour and five minutes.
This morning, I had water and cookie thins. For lunch/dinner, I had a soft taco, nachos, Canada Dry Ginger Ale soda, lemonade, pork and beans, and a slice of a cookie cake. I didn’t exercise today.
