Today, I binged. I had a medium banana, an ice cream sandwich, a Whataburger cheeseburger, French fries, Dr. Pepper, and an apple pie. I walked Boomer for 18 minutes.
For dinner, I had a banana, Dr. Pepper, tuna salad, scrambled eggs, sweet and spicy pickles, and barbecue chips. For snack, I had sunflower seeds, lemonade, and iced tea. I walked Boomer for 18 minutes.
Today, for lunch, I had a banana. For dinner, I had breakfast food, which included, pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, and pink lemonade. I also walked for thirty minutes at my grandparents’ house.
For dinner, I had two cups of homemade chicken noodles, oatmeal cookies, 3 biscuits, and pink lemonade. For a snack, I had sunflower seeds. I walked Boomer for 8 minutes. And, I also walked alone for 55 minutes.
Today, for dinner, I had English cucumbers, macaroni and cheese, tuna salad, nine saltine crackers, and white cake. I walked Boomer twice for two hours and three minutes total. And, I also walked Boomer during lunch.
Today, I had barbecue brisket (sliced), baked beans, and macaroni and cheese. I also had a yellow cake with vanilla frosting, and pink lemonade. I didn’t exercise today.
Today, I only ate one meal. I had a Whataburger cheeseburger, French fries, and a Dr. Pepper. Today, I walked Boomer for 15 minutes.
This morning, I had sunflower seeds, grapes, and Greek yogurt. For lunch, I had cottage cheese. For dinner, I had a stuffed potato (spud), three chicken tenders, one white chocolate macadamia nut cookie, sprite, and peach cobbler. For exercise, I walked Boomer for 16 minutes.
Today, I had breakfast food. I had pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, I had pink lemonade for the drink (six ounces). I also had pepperoni pizza, a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie, and I had peach cobbler.
