Today, I binged. I had a medium banana, an ice cream sandwich, a Whataburger cheeseburger, French fries, Dr. Pepper, and an apple pie. I walked Boomer for 18 minutes.
Today, I had breakfast food. I had pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, I had pink lemonade for the drink (six ounces). I also had pepperoni pizza, a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie, and I had peach cobbler.
Today, I had toast and peanut butter crackers. For lunch, I had pasta salad. I also had oatmeal cookies, French fries, and a Whataburger with cheese. I walked with Boomer for 16 minutes.
For lunch, I had a clementine orange and macaroni salad. For dinner, I had breakfast food, scrambled eggs, pancakes, bacon, three oatmeal raisin cookies, low calorie Crystal Light cherry pomegranate drink. For breakfast, I had vanilla Greek yogurt, pasta salad, and two clementine oranges. For dinner, I had an oatmeal raisin cookie, Lay’s barbecue chips, green grapes, red grapes, Cole slaw, Crystal Light blackberry lemonade, and a shortbread cookie. Today, I walked for 15 minutes with Boomer.
I had water for breakfast. For lunch, I had spinach, chocolate pudding (with pie crust and whipped cream), a cheeseburger with iceberg lettuce, cabbage with Andouille sausage, French fries, cole slaw, and green beans. I also walked an hour with Boomer.
For dinner, I had chicken tenders, tomato and cucumber salad, pinto beans, corn bread, German chocolate cake, and ice cream. I walked Boomer for an hour and three minutes, cleaned for an hour and five minutes, and bicycled for fifteen minutes.
Today, for dinner, I had white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, macaroni and cheese, beef brisket sandwich from Swadley’s Barbecue, and pink lemonade. I also walked Boomer for sixteen minutes during lunch.
For dinner, I had nachos, chicken breast, lemon lime soda (Sprite), white chocolate macadamia nut cookie, shredded cheese, white boxed cake, and a king ranch chicken casserole. I walked Boomer for 1 hour and 23 minutes. And, I cleaned for five minutes.
For breakfast, I had cottage cheese. For dinner, I had a soft taco, nachos, Sprite, yellow vanilla cake, and an oatmeal raisin cookie. For a snack, I had a Crystal Light blackberry lemonade (low calorie).
