For breakfast today, I had three ounces of cranberry juice and six teaspoons of 4% milkfat cottage cheese. Today, I ate poorly. I had five macadamia nut chocolate cookies. I also had one cup of taco salad. Five Tostito chips with nachos and ginger ale. Today, I walked Boomer after dinner for 17 minutes.
