Today, I had crispy chicken salad with ranch dressing from Braum’s. I also had low fat cottage cheese, sixteen Ritz crackers, and a bottle of coke. Today, I walked Boomer for an hour and fifteen minutes.
I had fruit punch Crystal Light drink mixed with water for breakfast. I had frozen yogurt, crispy chicken salad with ranch dressing for dinner. And, I walked 18 minutes with Boomer today. I weigh 280 pounds.
