Day 513: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast and lunch, I had water. For dinner, I had Canada Dry Ginger Ale, Swadley’s Barbecue (green beans, macaroni and cheese, and a brisket sandwich). I also had barbecue Lay’s potato chip, and an apple pie from Whataburger. Day 510: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had water. For lunch, I had nachos, water, and peanut butter (creamy). For dinner, I had nachos and orange Gatorade. I also had an icebox cake, cookies, Canada Dry Ginger Ale soda, and orange cream yogurt for snack. I marched in place for almost two hours. And, I walked for 20 minutes.

Day 480: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Fruit punch Crystal Light mixed with water for breakfast. For lunch, I had a chocolate donut, icebox cake, baked beans, green beans, beef brisket sandwich, corn on the cobb, Canada Dry Ginger Ale soda, deviled eggs, and sunflower seeds. No exercise for today.

Day 476: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had water and Crystal Light Fruit punch mix. For lunch, I had sunflower seeds. For dinner, I had oatmeal raisin cookies, chocolate pudding pie, Canada Dry Ginger Ale soda, Dr. Pepper, Whataburger onion rings, and Whataburger cheeseburger. I walked Boomer for 25 minutes.
