I had water and a banana for breakfast. For lunch, I had saltine crackers and tuna fish. For dinner, I had stir fry and Coke Zero. For exercise, I walked for one hour and five minutes with Boomer, cleaned for 15 minutes, and walked at my grandparents’ house for 32 minutes.
Today, I had twelve ounces of water for breakfast. For lunch, I had breaded shrimp, salad greens with Italian dressing, and Coke Zero. For dinner, I had lasagna, salad greens, and stir fry. Today, I walked for 30 minutes after work. And, I walked Boomer for 47 minutes.
Today, for breakfast, I had a large orange. For lunch, I had bacon bits, as well as shredded cheddar and ranch on my baked potato. I had a V8 berry blast juice. Also, for one of my sides, I had barbecue baked beans. For a snack, I had Coke Zero.
Today, I had Greek yogurt, a mandarin orange, and a Coke Zero soda. I also had for a snack, barbecue chips. For dinner, I had 12 fried shrimp, Sprite, water, salad, French fries, and stir fry. I walked Boomer for 21 minutes for lunch. And, I walked Boomer again for 42 minutes after work.
Today, for breakfast, I had 10 Fig Newtons and six teaspoons of Greek yogurt. For lunch, I had 10 teaspoons of cottage cheese and Coke Zero. I walked 3.2 miles before work with Boomer. We had an amazing walk around the neighborhood. Today, I had one cup of coleslaw. One slice of my grandfather’s cake, 1/10 beans, and 6 English cucumbers. And, I drank seven ounces of Coke Zero as well as water. I had a Mandarin orange for a snack.
