For dinner, I had a sliced beef brisket sandwich meal from Swadley’s Barbecue. In the meal, I had macaroni and cheese and barbecue baked beans. I also had to drink Canada Dry Blackberry Ginger Ale. For dessert, I had mini sugar cookies and mini double chip cookies. For exercise, I walked Boomer for 20 minutes.
For breakfast, I had small curd, low fat cottage cheese, and four saltine crackers. For dinner, I had saltine crackers, barbecue potato chips, tuna salad, two pinwheels, mini snickerdoodle cookies, mini sugar cookies, and mini double chocolate chip cookies. For exercise, I walked Boomer for 20 minutes.
For breakfast, I had low fat cottage cheese (small curd). For dinner, I had two mini double chocolate cookies, a mini snicker doodle cookie, spicy pickles, sugar cookies, and barbecue chips. For my main meal, I had a ham, turkey, and cheese sandwich. I walked Boomer for an hour. My weight was 274.3 pounds.
