Today, I had Lay’s barbecue potato chips, cherry 7-Up, nachos, soft taco, and baked beans. For a snack, I had water. I did house cleaning for 30 minutes.
Today is the day before Labor Day. For lunch, I had a beef taco (soft), Gatorade, nachos, tortilla, Cherry 7-Up, and strawberry banana Crystal Light drink mixed with water. Today, I walked Boomer for an hour and five minutes.
For breakfast, I had water. For lunch, I had a green apple, barbecue chips, and cheese. For dinner, I had a Braum’s cheeseburger, Dr. Pepper, and French fries. I also had a cherry 7-Up, Gatorade, and popcorn. I walked Boomer for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
I had Dr. Pepper, a cheeseburger from Whataburger, onion rings, baked apple pie, barbecue chips for dinner. I had a strawberry orange Crystal Light. I walked Boomer for 20 minutes.
This morning, I had cheese and a cherry Crystal Light. For lunch, I had a baked potato, baked chicken, Cole slaw, cherry 7-Up, bratwurst, and barbecue chips. I also had gum and popcorn. I walked Boomer, this morning. And, house cleaned. I also had a smoothie from Jamba Juice.
For dinner, I had a Southwestern chicken salad and a black cherry water. For a snack, I had mint gum and turkey sticks. I marched in place for 8 hours.
