Day 176: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had sunflower seeds, grapes, and Greek yogurt. For lunch, I had cottage cheese. For dinner, I had a stuffed potato (spud), three chicken tenders, one white chocolate macadamia nut cookie, sprite, and peach cobbler. For exercise, I walked Boomer for 16 minutes.

For breakfast, I had cottage cheese (4%). For lunch, I had two clementine oranges. Day 145: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had Fig Newtons, six cups of tap water, 1/3 cups of cottage cheese. For dinner, I had a Sprite, a cheeseburger, Cole slaw, barbecue baked beans, potato salad, and white cake. For a snack, I had Fig Newtons, and a clementine orange. I walked Boomer for 16 minutes.

Day 126: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had three Fig Newtons. I also had a small curd cottage cheese, shredded cheese, summer sausage, Great Value Cherry Pomegranate mix, spaghetti, Canada Dry ginger ale, cheese cake, and salad with ranch dressing. I walked Boomer for 17 minutes during lunch.

Day 125: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, I ate four pieces of Fig Newtons. For lunch, I had almost one cup of cottage cheese. For dinner, I had crispy chicken salad with blue cheese. For lunch, I had two Fig Newtons. Day 118: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, I had for breakfast Crystal Light raspberry lemonade. For lunch, I had cottage cheese. For dinner, I had tuna fish with saltine crackers, barbecue potato chips, Canada Dry Ginger Ale, oatmeal raisin (two) cookies. For snack, I had Greek yogurt and Ritz crackers. I exercised today for twenty minutes.
