For snack, I had sliced pears, popcorn, Fresca soda, and Greek strawberry yogurt. I walked one hour and 10 minutes before work with Boomer. And, I walked 20 minutes during lunch with Boomer.

I had lasagna, salad greens with Catalina dressing, fried calamari, Italian bread, sour cream pound cake, and tap water. For snacks, I had cottage cheese and fruit punch Crystal Light. I didn’t exercise today.
