I had a big dinner. I had a Hershey’s miniatures, mini sugar cookies, mini sugar cookies, snickerdoodle cookies, meatloaf, cabbage with andouille sausage. Today, I walked Boomer for an hour and ten minutes. I walked for 33 minutes alone at my grandparents’ house. And, I housecleaned for 25 minutes.

For dinner, I had a sliced beef brisket sandwich meal from Swadley’s Barbecue. In the meal, I had macaroni and cheese and barbecue baked beans. I also had to drink Canada Dry Blackberry Ginger Ale. For dessert, I had mini sugar cookies and mini double chip cookies. For exercise, I walked Boomer for 20 minutes.
For lunch, I had cottage cheese (small curd, low fat). For dinner, I had three pinwheels and two hot dogs with mustard. I had water to drink. I walked with Boomer for seventeen minutes around the neighborhood. And, I walked twenty-seven minutes in my grandparents’ neighborhood at a fast pace.
