For dinner, I had a banana, Dr. Pepper, tuna salad, scrambled eggs, sweet and spicy pickles, and barbecue chips. For snack, I had sunflower seeds, lemonade, and iced tea. I walked Boomer for 18 minutes.
Today, for lunch, I had a banana. For dinner, I had breakfast food, which included, pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, and pink lemonade. I also walked for thirty minutes at my grandparents’ house.
For dinner, I had two cups of homemade chicken noodles, oatmeal cookies, 3 biscuits, and pink lemonade. For a snack, I had sunflower seeds. I walked Boomer for 8 minutes. And, I also walked alone for 55 minutes.
This morning, I had lemonade and cottage cheese. For dinner, I had macaroni and cheese, catfish, pinto beans, cornbread, and English cucumbers. Today, I walked Boomer for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
Today, I had barbecue brisket (sliced), baked beans, and macaroni and cheese. I also had a yellow cake with vanilla frosting, and pink lemonade. I didn’t exercise today.
Today, I only ate one meal. I had a Whataburger cheeseburger, French fries, and a Dr. Pepper. Today, I walked Boomer for 15 minutes.
Today, I had a crunchy taco, a soft taco, baked beans, Mexican rice, guacamole, and an apple pie. And, I ate the Mexican dinner at my step-mother’s father’s house.
Today, for family dinner, I had pan-fried porkchop – six ounces, steamed broccoli, a baked potato with ranch dressing and shredded cheddar cheese, and Sprite. For dessert, I had a black cherry yogurt. For exercise, I walked Boomer for 21 minutes.
Today, I had a baked chicken leg, oatmeal raisin cookie, yellow squash, sweet potatoes, green beans, and tomato and cucumber salad. For snacks, I had Crystal Light blackberry lemonade, andouille sausage, and a strawberry banana yogurt. I walked Boomer for a total of 30 minutes.
