Today, for breakfast, I had 17 Fig Newtons, 4% milkfat cottage cheese, and water. For lunch, I had tuna fish. For dinner, I had green Jello salad, and macaroni and cheese. I didn’t exercise today. Today, I weighed 274.8 pounds.
Today, I had six teaspoons of cottage cheese, 12 Fig Newtons, 12 ounces of V8 juice, one and a half pancakes, scrambled eggs, and two white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. I walked Boomer for 42 minutes.
