Today, for lunch, I had a cheeseburger, French fries, as well as tomato and cucumber salad. For dinner, I had two turkey pinwheels, a meal from Pier 88, broiled shrimp with cocktail sauce, a red potato, boiled corn on the cob, white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, Sprite, and Fig Newtons. Today was my aunt’s birthday.
For breakfast, I had three Fig Newtons. I also had a small curd cottage cheese, shredded cheese, summer sausage, Great Value Cherry Pomegranate mix, spaghetti, Canada Dry ginger ale, cheese cake, and salad with ranch dressing. I walked Boomer for 17 minutes during lunch.
Today, I ate four pieces of Fig Newtons. For lunch, I had almost one cup of cottage cheese. For dinner, I had crispy chicken salad with blue cheese. For lunch, I had two Fig Newtons. Today, for breakfast, I had 17 Fig Newtons, 4% milkfat cottage cheese, and water. For lunch, I had tuna fish. For dinner, I had green Jello salad, and macaroni and cheese. I didn’t exercise today. Today, I weighed 274.8 pounds.
Today, I had six teaspoons of cottage cheese, 12 Fig Newtons, 12 ounces of V8 juice, one and a half pancakes, scrambled eggs, and two white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. I walked Boomer for 42 minutes.
