This morning, I had a Bolthouse Farms Green Goodness smoothie. For lunch, I had a chicken strip salad and a small yogurt twist. For dinner, I had a Golden Chick spicy chicken sandwich, French fries, a banana, white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, Dr. Pepper, and a piece of white cake.
Today, I had a can of ginger ale. For lunch, I had Polish Sausage, two pinwheels, oatmeal raisin cookies, white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, and spaghetti with meat sauce. For lunch, I had two teaspoons of Greek yogurt. For dinner, I had one oatmeal raisin cookie, two chocolate chip cookies, a chicken sandwich, and French fries from Golden Chick. For a snack, I had watermelon and non-fat Greek yogurt, and a strawberry banana. After lunch, I walked Boomer for 17 minutes.
