For breakfast, I had a protein bar and Greek yogurt (strawberry). For lunch/dinner, I had 2 chili dogs, a Bolthouse Farms Green Goodness Smoothie, a chef salad, a cobb salad. I did Leslie Sansone “Just Walk” for 15 minutes.
Today, for breakfast, I had a Greek yogurt. And, for dinner, I had barbecue potato chips, tuna fish salad, saltine crackers, lemon lime soda, and a cinnamon roll. For snacks, I had a Hershey’s fun size chocolate pieces. I walked Boomer during lunch for seventeen minutes.
For breakfast, I had nonfat Greek yogurt. For dinner, I had chicken tenders, mixed vegetables, baked potatoes, and I had a Canada Dry blackberry ginger ale. I also had a cherry danish and a chocolate chip cookie. I walked Boomer for 15 minutes, today.
This morning, I had sunflower seeds, grapes, and Greek yogurt. For lunch, I had cottage cheese. For dinner, I had a stuffed potato (spud), three chicken tenders, one white chocolate macadamia nut cookie, sprite, and peach cobbler. For exercise, I walked Boomer for 16 minutes.
For lunch, I had Greek yogurt. For dinner, I had Lay’s barbecue chips, tuna fish sandwich, and tuna salad. For snacks, I had white chocolate macadamia nut cookies and peach cobbler. For exercise, I walked Boomer for 15 minutes.
For dinner, I had broiled shrimp, red potatoes, and boiled corn from Pier88. I also had Greek yogurt, popcorn, green grapes, cottage cheese, iced tea and Crystal Light cherry pomegranate.
For breakfast, I had vanilla Greek yogurt, pasta salad, and two clementine oranges. For dinner, I had an oatmeal raisin cookie, Lay’s barbecue chips, green grapes, red grapes, Cole slaw, Crystal Light blackberry lemonade, and a shortbread cookie. Today, I walked for 15 minutes with Boomer.
Today, I had a good day. For lunch, I had four teaspoons of Greek yogurt. I also had a big dinner. I had a sweet roll, potato salad, baked beans, two franks, potato salad, and shrimp. For exercise, I walked Boomer for an hour.
For breakfast, I had a strawberry banana Greek yogurt, and a low-calorie Crystal Light blackberry lemonade. For lunch, I had cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, and an oatmeal raisin cookie. Today, I walked Boomer for an hour.
For dinner, I had tuna salad, Lay’s barbecue potato chips, pink lemonade, and an oatmeal raisin cookie. For a snack, I had saltine crackers, a banana, and Greek yogurt. I walked Boomer for 1 hour and 15 minutes total today. And, I bicycled for ten minutes.
