Day 206: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had low fat cottage cheese (small curd). For dinner, I had two mini double chocolate cookies, a mini snicker doodle cookie, spicy pickles, sugar cookies, and barbecue chips. For my main meal, I had a ham, turkey, and cheese sandwich. I walked Boomer for an hour. My weight was 274.3 pounds.

Day 157: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For lunch, I had a hot dog, and another with chili, French fries, guacamole and tortilla chips. For dinner, I had three oatmeal raisin cookies, spicy pickles, a ham and turkey sandwich, and pink lemonade. For a snack, I had low calorie fruit punch. Today, I walked Boomer for 56 minutes.

Day 129: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For lunch, I had ham, turkey, and cheese sandwich, white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, Canada Dry ginger ale soda, five turkey pinwheels, and a coconut cream pie. For snacks, I had sweet and spicy pickles, strawberry banana yogurt, and a cherry pomegranate drink. I walked Boomer for an hour and 10 minutes.

I went to my grandparents’ house and ate provolone cheese, chicken francois, a ham, turkey, and cheese sandwich, sweet pickles, and a medium banana. Earlier, I walked Boomer around my neighborhood for 3.1 miles. At my grandparents’ house, I walked for 2.3 miles around the neighborhood for 30 minutes.
