Day 174: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For lunch, I had Greek yogurt. For dinner, I had Lay’s barbecue chips, tuna fish sandwich, and tuna salad. For snacks, I had white chocolate macadamia nut cookies and peach cobbler. For exercise, I walked Boomer for 15 minutes.

Day 168: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had vanilla Greek yogurt, pasta salad, and two clementine oranges. For dinner, I had an oatmeal raisin cookie, Lay’s barbecue chips, green grapes, red grapes, Cole slaw, Crystal Light blackberry lemonade, and a shortbread cookie. Today, I walked for 15 minutes with Boomer.

Day 163: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For dinner, I had tuna salad, Lay’s barbecue potato chips, pink lemonade, and an oatmeal raisin cookie. For a snack, I had saltine crackers, a banana, and Greek yogurt. I walked Boomer for 1 hour and 15 minutes total today. And, I bicycled for ten minutes.

Day 160: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had water (60 ounces). For dinner, I had Lay’s barbecue chips, a turkey and cheese sandwich on Italian bread with provolone, German chocolate cake, and chicken alfredo. Today, I walked Boomer for 16 minutes and cleaned for 8 minutes. Today, I weighed 273.4 pounds.

Day 154: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, I had king ranch casserole for lunch. For dinner, I had breakfast food, which included scrambled eggs and pancakes. I also had vanilla cake, Lay’s barbecue chips and pink lemonade. For snack, I had a strawberry banana yogurt. I also walked 19 minutes with Boomer.

Day 148: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had 0% Greek yogurt and a Bolthouse Farms’ Green Goodness smoothie. For dinner, I had scrambled eggs, pancakes, bacon, and box cake. For snack, I had two macadamia nut cookies, one oatmeal raisin cookie, one chocolate chip cookie, and Lay’s barbecue potato chips.
