Today, I had Lay’s barbecue potato chips, cherry 7-Up, nachos, soft taco, and baked beans. For a snack, I had water. I did house cleaning for 30 minutes.
Strawberry orange banana drink mixed with water for breakfast. I also had creamy peanut butter and a pear for lunch. For dinner, I had green Jello mix, Cole slaw, barbecue Lay’s potato chips, a cheeseburger, beef franks, yellow squash, cheddar cheese, and icebox cake, and baked beans. I didn’t exercise today.
I had Crystal Light Fruit Punch and water for breakfast. For lunch, I went to Penn Square, and I had an orange sunrise smoothie and Lay’s Potato chips. I also had cheese pizza, tap water, and a chocolate Bourbon pie. For snack, I had a peach cobbler and a banana. I walked twenty minutes today.

For dinner, I had saltine crackers, barbecue potato chips, tuna salad, two pinwheels, mini snickerdoodle cookies, mini sugar cookies, and mini double chocolate chip cookies.
