Early this morning, I had a banana and a protein bar. For lunch, I had cottage cheese and strawberry Greek yogurt. For dinner, I had a Southwestern chicken salad with blue cheese dressing, herb roasted chicken with vegetables. I also had for a snack, oatmeal cinnamon oatmeal. I didn’t exercise today, due to the weather.
For breakfast, I had lemonade. For lunch, I had an Avo-Cobb-O salad from Red Robin with honey mustard poppyseed dressing. I also had a pineapple orange drink, and a chocolate bourbon pie. Today, I had salad greens for lunch. For dinner, I had 3 ½ ounces of pink lemonade, three white chocolate chunk macadamia nut cookies, summer sausage, spaghetti with meat sauce. For breakfast, I had Greek yogurt. For lunch, I had king ranch chicken casserole, and salad with ranch dressing. I walked Boomer for 19 minutes.
Today, I had watermelon, a brisket sandwich from Swadley’s Barbecue, macaroni and cheese, barbecue baked beans, crispy chicken salad with ranch, frozen yogurt, and cottage cheese. I walked Boomer for an hour and 18 minutes.
For lunch, I had two coconut crisp cookies. For dinner, I had a chocolate chip cookie, a macadamia nut cookie, a white chocolate cookie. For dinner, I had taco salad with ranch dressing. And, I had Canada Dry ginger ale. I had Crystal Light watermelon and fruit punch mix. I also had Oreo cookie thins. And, I walked Boomer for 20 minutes during lunch. After I came home, I walked Boomer after work for 55 minutes.
For breakfast, I had three Fig Newtons. I also had a small curd cottage cheese, shredded cheese, summer sausage, Great Value Cherry Pomegranate mix, spaghetti, Canada Dry ginger ale, cheese cake, and salad with ranch dressing. I walked Boomer for 17 minutes during lunch.
I had fruit punch Crystal Light drink mixed with water for breakfast. I had frozen yogurt, crispy chicken salad with ranch dressing for dinner. And, I walked 18 minutes with Boomer today. I weigh 280 pounds.
