For dinner, I had a sliced beef brisket sandwich meal from Swadley’s Barbecue. In the meal, I had macaroni and cheese and barbecue baked beans. I also had to drink Canada Dry Blackberry Ginger Ale. For dessert, I had mini sugar cookies and mini double chip cookies. For exercise, I walked Boomer for 20 minutes.
For breakfast, I had low fat cottage cheese (small curd). For dinner, I had two mini double chocolate cookies, a mini snicker doodle cookie, spicy pickles, sugar cookies, and barbecue chips. For my main meal, I had a ham, turkey, and cheese sandwich. I walked Boomer for an hour. My weight was 274.3 pounds.
Today, for lunch, I had a salad with blue cheese dressing. I also had Greek yogurt, German chocolate cake, a banana, pancakes, scrambled eggs, cooked bacon, and low-calorie Crystal Light fruit punch. I walked Boomer for 18 minutes during lunch. And after work, I walked Boomer for an hour.
This morning, I had water (60 ounces). For dinner, I had Lay’s barbecue chips, a turkey and cheese sandwich on Italian bread with provolone, German chocolate cake, and chicken alfredo. Today, I walked Boomer for 16 minutes and cleaned for 8 minutes. Today, I weighed 273.4 pounds.
I had fruit punch Crystal Light drink mixed with water for breakfast. I had frozen yogurt, crispy chicken salad with ranch dressing for dinner. And, I walked 18 minutes with Boomer today. I weigh 280 pounds.
Today, for lunch, I had tuna salad, saltine crackers, provolone cheese, and an oatmeal raisin cookie. For lunch, I had pancakes, bacon strips, maple syrup, light butter, and scrambled eggs. For snacks, I had Crystal Light blackberry lemonade, tuna fish, Greek yogurt, and saltine crackers.
