For breakfast, I had Blueberry Slim Life Green Tea. For lunch, I had salad greens and blue cheese dressing. For breakfast, I had three Fig Newtons. I also had a small curd cottage cheese, shredded cheese, summer sausage, Great Value Cherry Pomegranate mix, spaghetti, Canada Dry ginger ale, cheese cake, and salad with ranch dressing. I walked Boomer for 17 minutes during lunch.

Day 112: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, for lunch, I had three teaspoons of 4% milkfat cottage cheese. For dinner, I had andouille sausage, grated parmesan cheese, spaghetti with meat sauce. I also had watermelon, cherry pomegranate drink mixed with water, Greek yogurt. For exercise I walked Boomer for 16 minutes during lunch and 53 minutes after work.
