For dinner, I had nachos, chicken breast, lemon lime soda (Sprite), white chocolate macadamia nut cookie, shredded cheese, white boxed cake, and a king ranch chicken casserole. I walked Boomer for 1 hour and 23 minutes. And, I cleaned for five minutes.
For breakfast, I had cottage cheese. For dinner, I had a soft taco, nachos, Sprite, yellow vanilla cake, and an oatmeal raisin cookie. For a snack, I had a Crystal Light blackberry lemonade (low calorie).

This morning, I had Fig Newtons, six cups of tap water, 1/3 cups of cottage cheese. For dinner, I had a Sprite, a cheeseburger, Cole slaw, barbecue baked beans, potato salad, and white cake. For a snack, I had Fig Newtons, and a clementine orange. I walked Boomer for 16 minutes.
Today, for lunch, I had a cheeseburger, French fries, as well as tomato and cucumber salad. For dinner, I had two turkey pinwheels, a meal from Pier 88, broiled shrimp with cocktail sauce, a red potato, boiled corn on the cob, white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, Sprite, and Fig Newtons. Today was my aunt’s birthday.
Today, for family dinner, I had pan-fried porkchop – six ounces, steamed broccoli, a baked potato with ranch dressing and shredded cheddar cheese, and Sprite. For dessert, I had a black cherry yogurt. For exercise, I walked Boomer for 21 minutes.

Today, I had Greek yogurt, a mandarin orange, and a Coke Zero soda. I also had for a snack, barbecue chips. For dinner, I had 12 fried shrimp, Sprite, water, salad, French fries, and stir fry. I walked Boomer for 21 minutes for lunch. And, I walked Boomer again for 42 minutes after work.
