For dinner, I had a sliced beef brisket sandwich meal from Swadley’s Barbecue. In the meal, I had macaroni and cheese and barbecue baked beans. I also had to drink Canada Dry Blackberry Ginger Ale. For dessert, I had mini sugar cookies and mini double chip cookies. For exercise, I walked Boomer for 20 minutes.
Today, for lunch, I had a Greek yogurt, and Crystal Light Fruit Punch to drink. For dinner, I had Swadley’s Barbecue. I had three rolls, a beef brisket sandwich, barbecue baked beans, cole slaw, and Dr. Pepper to drink. I also had sunflower seeds for my snack. For exercise, I walked Boomer for 17 minutes.
For dinner, I had a sliced brisket sandwich from Swadley’s Barbecue, macaroni and cheese, and Dr. Pepper. I also had barbecue baked beans, some lemonade, an oatmeal raisin cookie, and a mini blueberry muffin. I walked Boomer for fifteen minutes. Today, I weighed 278.7 pounds.
Today, I had barbecue brisket (sliced), baked beans, and macaroni and cheese. I also had a yellow cake with vanilla frosting, and pink lemonade. I didn’t exercise today.
Today, for dinner, I had white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, macaroni and cheese, beef brisket sandwich from Swadley’s Barbecue, and pink lemonade. I also walked Boomer for sixteen minutes during lunch.
Today, I had watermelon, a brisket sandwich from Swadley’s Barbecue, macaroni and cheese, barbecue baked beans, crispy chicken salad with ranch, frozen yogurt, and cottage cheese. I walked Boomer for an hour and 18 minutes.
Today, I had cottage cheese and blue cheese dressing. I also had Swadley’s Barbecue sliced brisket sandwich, macaroni and cheese, and sweet rolls. I also had nonfat Greek yogurt for a snack. I exercise in total for an hour and seventeen minutes by walking Boomer during lunch and after work.
