Day 206: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had low fat cottage cheese (small curd). For dinner, I had two mini double chocolate cookies, a mini snicker doodle cookie, spicy pickles, sugar cookies, and barbecue chips. For my main meal, I had a ham, turkey, and cheese sandwich. I walked Boomer for an hour. My weight was 274.3 pounds.

Day 198: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For lunch, I had cottage cheese (4%). For dinner, I had tuna salad, barbecue potato chips, blackberry Canada Dry ginger ale, and two hard boiled eggs. For snack, I had a peach Activia yogurt, a banana, and toasted coconut cookies. I walked Boomer for 18 minutes.

Day 196: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had salad greens with blue cheese dressing. For dinner, I had a strawberry banana smoothie, a chocolate chip cookie, two white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, a slice of 80% meatloaf. chicken noodle soup, sunflower seeds, a blackberry Canada Dry Ginger Ale. Today, I walked Boomer for twenty minutes.

For dinner, I had a sliced brisket sandwich from Swadley’s Barbecue, macaroni and cheese, and Dr. Pepper. I also had barbecue baked beans, some lemonade, an oatmeal raisin cookie, and a mini blueberry muffin. I walked Boomer for fifteen minutes. Today, I weighed 278.7 pounds.

Day 187: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had five cups of Skinny Popcorn. I also had Skinny Popcorn for lunch. For dinner, I had Texas Toast, spaghetti with tomato sauce, white chocolate macadamia cookie, a mini apple danish, Canada Dry ginger ale, summer sausage, salad greens with ranch dressing, and potatoes. I walked Boomer for 18 minutes.
