For breakfast, I had Crystal Light fruit punch. For lunch, I had a bratwurst and a Gatorade (lemon-lime). For dinner, I had a ranch cobb salad, and turkey sticks. For snacks, I had zebra cakes, and M&Ms in my popcorn. I marched in place for a total of seven hours.
I had barbecue for dinner. I had Canada Dry Ginger Ale soda, baked beans, bratwurst, beef frank, potato salad, fruit salad, Cole slaw, water, turkey sticks, and cake.
Today, I had a bad day. I are a lot of donuts. For dinner, I had a chicken sandwich, fries, and a Dr. Pepper. I also had a piece of icebox cake and yellow squash. I walked for six hours and fifteen minutes at my job.
I had tap water for breakfast and Hershey’s miniature for lunch. For dinner, I had creamy peanut butter, ranch cobb salad, black cherry water for dinner. For snack, I had cranberry apple juice. I marched in place for six hours and thirty minutes.
Strawberry orange banana drink mixed with water for breakfast. I also had creamy peanut butter and a pear for lunch. For dinner, I had green Jello mix, Cole slaw, barbecue Lay’s potato chips, a cheeseburger, beef franks, yellow squash, cheddar cheese, and icebox cake, and baked beans. I didn’t exercise today.
Today, I had water for breakfast. For lunch, I had gluten free animal crackers, beef frank, green Jello and pineapple (with cottage cheese, Cole slaw, southern pit barbecue beans, and an ice box cake. I walked for almost seven hours. And, I marched in place for over an hour.

Today, I walked six hours and 15 minutes. And, I also marched in place. Today, I had water, as well as ice box cake, a cheeseburger, and a bratwurst.
