For dinner, I had a banana, Dr. Pepper, tuna salad, scrambled eggs, sweet and spicy pickles, and barbecue chips. For snack, I had sunflower seeds, lemonade, and iced tea. I walked Boomer for 18 minutes.
Today, for dinner, I had English cucumbers, macaroni and cheese, tuna salad, nine saltine crackers, and white cake. I walked Boomer twice for two hours and three minutes total. And, I also walked Boomer during lunch.
For lunch, I had Greek yogurt. For dinner, I had Lay’s barbecue chips, tuna fish sandwich, and tuna salad. For snacks, I had white chocolate macadamia nut cookies and peach cobbler. For exercise, I walked Boomer for 15 minutes.
For dinner, I had tuna salad, Lay’s barbecue potato chips, pink lemonade, and an oatmeal raisin cookie. For a snack, I had saltine crackers, a banana, and Greek yogurt. I walked Boomer for 1 hour and 15 minutes total today. And, I bicycled for ten minutes.
Today, I had barbecue Lay’s, Fig Newtons, a tuna fish sandwich, tuna salad, cheddar cheese, and for dessert, fat-free black cherry yogurt. Today, I walked Boomer for 17 minutes.
For lunch, I had a clementine orange. For dinner, I had tuna, fresh salad, Canada Dry ginger ale, Lay’s barbecue potato chips. And, one Ritz cracker.
