Today, I walked around the neighborhood with Boomer. Boomer wanted to go an extra block. So, we added that to our route. I went to my grandparents’ house and ate a tuna fish sandwich and barbecue chips. I weighed myself. And, I weighed 264 pounds, for a total loss of 23 pounds.
