This morning, I had sunflower seeds, grapes, and Greek yogurt. For lunch, I had cottage cheese. For dinner, I had a stuffed potato (spud), three chicken tenders, one white chocolate macadamia nut cookie, sprite, and peach cobbler. For exercise, I walked Boomer for 16 minutes.
For lunch, I had Greek yogurt. For dinner, I had Lay’s barbecue chips, tuna fish sandwich, and tuna salad. For snacks, I had white chocolate macadamia nut cookies and peach cobbler. For exercise, I walked Boomer for 15 minutes.
Today, I had toast and peanut butter crackers. For lunch, I had pasta salad. I also had oatmeal cookies, French fries, and a Whataburger with cheese. I walked with Boomer for 16 minutes.
For breakfast, I had vanilla Greek yogurt, pasta salad, and two clementine oranges. For dinner, I had an oatmeal raisin cookie, Lay’s barbecue chips, green grapes, red grapes, Cole slaw, Crystal Light blackberry lemonade, and a shortbread cookie. Today, I walked for 15 minutes with Boomer.

For dinner, I had tuna salad, Lay’s barbecue potato chips, pink lemonade, and an oatmeal raisin cookie. For a snack, I had saltine crackers, a banana, and Greek yogurt. I walked Boomer for 1 hour and 15 minutes total today. And, I bicycled for ten minutes.
Today, for lunch, I had a salad with blue cheese dressing. I also had Greek yogurt, German chocolate cake, a banana, pancakes, scrambled eggs, cooked bacon, and low-calorie Crystal Light fruit punch. I walked Boomer for 18 minutes during lunch. And after work, I walked Boomer for an hour.
